Why online lectures can be hard in a second language

  • The professor speaks fast, and you can’t pause a live class.
  • Accents and quiet audio make some words hard to catch.
  • New terms come up all the time, and there is no time to look them up.
  • It’s hard to listen, understand and take notes at the same time.
